ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on order value and weight size.

We select the most appropriate shipping method for your order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days after processing.

International orders may take 7-21 business days or longer depending on destination and customs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Orders less than $250 US Dollars making payment by wire transfer will incur a $25 banking fee.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or customs.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
